Hi Jeanie and Hoosha, I was on 400 mg Gleevec for about 2 years and 800 mg for about one year. I never reached Complete Molecular Response on Gleevec. I enrolled on the Sprycel study and it was the best decision of my life. I am now in complete molecular remission.
