Hi Everyone:  It seems like Insomnia is getting to all of us.  We have
too much on our minds.  You probably go to bed with a million things
running through your mind.
     I pray as soon as I lay down, and I am staying up later at night
to get more tired before I go to bed.  Try not to take naps late in
the day.
    I know I get very tired sometimes, and I just have to relax.  Next
thing I know I wake-up over an hour later.  This is in my recliner.  I
never go lay down in bed, once I am up for the day. I make it a point,
not to go lay down.  If anyone is doing any of this, try not to.
