Hi Zavie, I had my wife make me up a hat like yours, the only problem is she quit working at the place that does the sewing. The person that she worked for kept cutting her hours. She hired a friend of hers so Grace dropped down to 1 1/2 days. With the cost of gas and 14 miles one way with a Ford Sport Trac and 4 wheel drive I told her it wasn't worth it. I'll have her take a picture of me and my hat and e-mail it to you. Later, greenie
