Hi Hoosha, Here's what Dr Druker said about my accelerated phase. You need a mutation analysis and a change as soon as possible to dasatinib or nilotinib. I am in 800 mg and he said to me that after 3 month I should do another QPCR and if it¢s still rising I should switch to Sprycel.
