MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE. I am celebrating the birth of my eternal life, Jesus Christ, my Lord. Peace on Earth and Good Will toward Men on this wonderful holiday. I survived the Cruise hehe. It was a good trip, and I surprised myself in being able to keep up with the young ones. We ate tooooooooooooooo much, I didn't drink much, only on the last day I had a farewell cocktail with my family. I took my tasigna everyday, even though I wanted to skip it. It seems to be doing the job. I had my transfusion before I went, so I was running on fresh blood. The transfusion went well, except my blood pressure went up when the nurse tried to put the blood in to fast. The nurse that put in my IV found the vein after only one try, and I was so thankful. She had been sent to the hospital through an agency, and I told her God sent her to me. I am spending Christmas with my daughters, and I still have shopping to do. I love Christmas, and I love all the hussle and bussle that goes with it. Fruit cake and egg nog, my favorites. My youngest daughter is married to a Persian, and she is cooking kebab for us, along with all the trimmings. She makes the kebab with hamburger instead of lamb, and makes long rolls of meat to broil. She uses the basamati rice, and it is good. It is made with green lima beans, dill weed and the pan is layed with potatoes. It is called bogini polo, don't know the correct spelling.
