Hi group, I started Gleevec on the first week in Feb. 2000 and was taking capsules. On Dec 10 2008 Northwestern Hosp. started me with pills for the first time, so far so good. But I have blood work on the 21st. of this month. Will see was the results turn out to be. I was also told that if my blood counts remain the same I will not have to have anymore BMB done. I've had somewhere around 24 to 27 of them starting back in DEC. of 1998. Hope it stays that way. Night sweats come and go with the capsule or the bill I don't think it makes much difference.
