Hi Daniel: I guess a lot of us have or have used antidepressants. I have been on Zoloft for quite a few years now. I have no side effects. They tryed me on Effexor, Paxil, but I had a bad reaction to them. I do not tolerate most meds that well, so do not go by me. Someone told me Zoloft should not be taken with Gleevec. I have had no problem Good Luck.
