Hi SuzieQ, Are you eating a large meal with your Gleevec? Make sure it's not a spicy meal because the sickest I was on Gleevec was after eating chili. Wow! that taught me a lesson hehe. And, for all whose side affects come and go, the puking part (my mother hates for me to use that word, but she isn't here, so I can get by with it, LOL) re-visited me Saturday not long after taking my Gleevec (half the dosage, as I break mine in two). I do not know what was different......had eaten & done things like I always do, but it happened about 30 to 45 minutes after wards......just like in the beginning. So, who knows.......it just happens. Just glad that it is not all the time like in the beginning, :). Guess it is just something we have to live with, huh? I did reorder my Gleevec and she took all the info over the phone from the new co-pay card and said she would contact them. So, hopefully, it will work.
