You can see that I started on Tasigna..then went to Gleevec..and finally
to
Sprycel. So far, on the Sprycel, I have felt pretty good. I seem to be
more tired than I was on the other drugs..and I have some joint pain and
intermittent pain in the lower left abdomen...but nothing that is
critical.
I have developed peripheral neuropathy that is somewhat bothersome, but I
developed that before starting on the Sprycel. I take 100mg once a day in
the am with a LARGE glass of water (16ozs) and that seems to ward off
nausea. What does your oncologist say about having a glass of wine daily?
I
have been having one once in a while with no ill effects. We are all
fortunate to have these drugs! All the best! Tom in KY

Thank you, Tom. I will pass this information about drinking a LARGE glass
of water with the Sprycel on to my friend.
