thats great jim, nancy was dx jan.2000, on interferon for 17 months,and started gleevec june 8,2001. she started out on the usual doses of 600 mg.and then down to 400, and has been on 200 mg. for years as she cold not tolerate the higher doses. she is doing fine,had a recent check-up last week. she is 62 in june of 2010. thank god for gleevec ! robert
