I was told not to take Tylenol with either the Gleevec or the Sprycel. I was told I can take NSAIDs (ibuprofen, Advil, etc.). I rarely took Tylenol before the CML because a friend went to Europe on vacation and died unexpectedly. Autopsy showed liver failure due to daily use of Tylenol. Ever since then.....I considered Tylenol voo-doo. Kelly
