I have been taking a single 400mg pill now for years. when I took the single
pills I was much sicker like it was INSTANTLY wrecking my stomach. I take it
like Sarah, taking it at night with a snack and a big glass of water/juice or
tea. Right after I go to sleep. Its worked for me since 2004. (dx Oct 2003). I
still get the bone aches and can't handle the cold.
