Hi Group, I haven't posted very often to your board, because, truthfully, just reading the posted messages daily has kept me up on what to expect out of Gleevec. You know it has truly been remarkable how much more this group knows than even the doctors. Anyway, the reason I'm posting now is that my husband, who is the one that was on Gleevec, has been switched to Tasigna. Some of the side-effects of Gleevec was just becoming to much for him to handle. They told us that Tasigna must be taken on an empty stomach. Is there anyone out there that can suggest what time of day would be a good time to take Tasigna. Also what we can expect, as far as side effects from this drug. Thank you all so much.
