Hi Zavie, My PCR results were as follows: BCR-ABL p210 transcripts were detected with a p210 to ABL RATIO OF 0.24626 My doctor was really happy with this. I have been on Sprycel for about 7 months now. As you know, I had relapsed on Gleevec and then on Tasigna. I think the Sprycel is going to put me in remission. Zavie...I am still confused about the log reduction scale vrs the absolute pcr rating. If you are at a pcr of 0.05 isn't that good regardless of what the log reduction was?
