Hi Kelly, I was taking my Sprycel in the morning with breakfast, but
started taking it with lunch.
I think the breakfast was the best, but it sends me to the bathroom and if
I go anywhere in the morning, I have to stop somewhere to use the
bathroom. I think taking it and being active helps.
When did you usually take it?
My nose runs also, but that is getting bettery.
Blessings

I must mention, yesterday I had to spend hours at the service station
so I didn't get to take my Sprycel until 7 p.m. Shortly thereafter I
coughed and coughed and coughed to the point of almost vomiting. I was
short of breath and miserable. I then took a loratadine (my nose was
running like a faucet) and after awhile the coughing ceased. So, it
does make a difference for me if I take the Sprycel earlier in the
day. I was used to taking the Gleevec at night (with food) in order to
sleep through the worst of the side effects. I have to do the opposite
with the Sprycel.
