Dear Carolyn, I am never afraid to sign off with GOD bless, it was just an example of what was going on at the time, and as you already mentioned to let this go already to some others that were still "keeping it alive".
It was NOT my intention to have any religious conversations or discussions with anyone on here, but Ahmed was on at the time and we both started the discussion which was about our different religions. . We now email each other privately. Just to let you know Ahmed and I have learned a lot from each other, even being of different faiths. I am going through some of my own health problems right now and here is a man of a different faith and is praying for me just as I am praying for him. Now doesn't that beat all? isn't this what people are supposed to do for each other, no matter what? This is how my parents brought me up... Caroline, your "short thing" that does not have to do with CML is a part of life about a health problem. CML is also a health problem, and if anyone can help anyone with a health problem, then this is the right thing to do. I have been reading on this site about so many good and concerned people offering their help and advice to other people that are in need of advice and compassion. This is called being a human being, and it has nothing to do with religion. A simple question about coffee, and when it can be used, or a skin rash, or so many other things that other people might find to be trivial, but it is not trivial to those that must ask and those that can answer their pleas for help. And this is also called being a human being. I will end this with something that you touched upon. In the Jewish faith we believe in our, and any other elders. We try to make sure that they are always cared for, with as you just mentioned, "Dignity" and respect. It makes little difference what faith they are as you just learned. Elders are our background, and we learn from them. Besides, it is called a Mitzvoh (A very good deed) I truly wish your mother-in-law peace and tranquility as I know she will be afforded it by those that care about their elders.
