Hi Pat, I've been on Sprycel in a clinical trial since 2005. Although I take my 100 mg in the morning, I've never been told to take it at any particular time of day. I don't have the headache problem either. However, I have just returned from a meeting of some CML patients where we were all sharing stories of our journey and there are people who take their meds at night in order to sleep through the side effects. I can't remember now if these were Sprycel or Gleevec patients. Perhaps you can get a sleeping aid from your doc and take it at the same time as Sprycel in the pm so you go to sleep before the headache strikes. Just an idea.
