I was on Gleevec and was beyond exhausted....on Tasigna, after adjusting to it, I do not havs ame level of tired at all.. I struggle with other side effects, but my energy is better on Tasigna for sure..Seems like it is so very individual how these drugs are absorbed in each of our systems...good luck! Beth
