This was no 'ride in the park'. 700+ riders started in Key West & about 180 finished. Riders had to follow a certain route, go through check points and sleep beside their bikes. He had encounters with bears, mountain lions & had to have new pistons put on the bike, but no health problems. He has been on 200mg/day of Gleevec for 10 yrs. This should be an encouragement to all those diagnosed with CML. We don't have the total amount of money raised for Leukemia & Lymphona Society, but I will post it when we find out.
