Thanks so much Peg and yes, keep me posted. My onc says if it isn't broke don't fix it, but he didn't seem to address my brain fog issue at all. Hi Jeanie, I started Sprycel at 50mg about a month ago. I was already in PCRU from Gleevec, but having had such a terrible time with the "standard" dose of Gleevec being far too toxic for me, I have been reluctant to increase the dose with Sprycel to any more than I really need to remain PCRU. I am afraid of burning out my last option, so to speak, since Tasigna is not a safe option for me. My onc is setting me up an appointment to meet with one of the doc's that developed and did the major research of Sprycel (it was developed local to me) to get his opinion of what an optimum dose would actually be.
