My suggestion is to use the Medicare Plan Finder on Medicare.gov.
Look in the "What's New" area.  Follow the link for the 2011 Medicare
Plan Finder.  Follow the instructions, especially listing all of your
current drugs to show the plans available for your zip code and your
expected premium and out of pocket costs.

Hope that helps.  Alternatively, Medicare funds organizations in every
state called SHIPS or SHIBAs, depending on the state, that has
volunteers that can provide additional suggestions if the web-based
plan finder is not useful to you.  Open enrollment opens in November
(15) and closes Dec 31.  Best to make the election early.  Your
current coverage should be good through 12/31/2010.
