Some of the health plan went into effect as follows As of September 23, 2010, insurers are required to pay the full cost of recommended preventive services, without charging a deductible, co-pay or co-insurance. READ THE FULL STORY AT HEALTHCARE.GOV Parts will not go into effect until a later date. Don't know if this caused some of the health plans to shut down or not. Some people believe it did.
