Hi Greenie, While on Gleevec I had nausea from time to time. It would last for a while, go away, and return. Never could figure it out. I don't have it on Tasigna, so it must have been the Gleevec. The doctors only go by the side effects that are listed.....but there are more....even on Tasigna. Everyone reacts to these drugs in different ways. Hang in there....Millie
