Hi Marty, Hope that you're having a good day. As I told Kelly, I spent mine knitting myself a beautiful scarf. Not quite done, but soon. I had to soak my foot, so took a break. My foot doctor found a blood blister the other day. I wondered why it was so painful to stand on it. At any rate, because I'm also diabetic, I must be careful and take care of it. I then put medication on it and a gauze bandage. It seems to help, and I will see him in three weeks to see how it's doing. If I told you all that is wrong with me, you'd wonder why I smile at all. I think I just keep standing in the wrong lines. I see so many doctors. I'm sure I'm putting a lot of their children through college....smile !!!!!!!! I also have heart issues and a pacemaker, so I will see my Cardiologist this month. Next month it's my regular family doctor and my Oncologist. Oh yes, the foot doctor and my eye doctor. I also see a gastrointerologist once in a while, so I keep them all busy. :>)))) My medication list is getting so long it will soon take my computer 2 pages to print it out. There are other issues....to many to mention, but I keep plugging along and have decided that it's in Gods hands. I do have a bunch of wonderful doctors that stay in touch with one another and know what's going on with me. I let them worry about me, as I don't want to. How's that?
Monday is my day at my quilt guild and I'm so looking forward to going. My son will probably take me and then pick me up. It's a long day and I have to make refreshments for 80 people. I have help as there are 8 of us on the committee. We do this one month a year and others do the other months. It is the only outing I get most months, other then the doctors. I'm on a first name basis with all of them. My files are so thick that I can not carry them, but, isn't that wonderful? I'm still alive and kicking so am not complaining at all. Anytime you want to send something, send me your e-mail address and I'll send my address to you. Don't really want to put it out for the people in this world who pick up on these things. I would love to read some of the letters you have. I wish I had known Zavie. I use to love to see his photo's. He was an inspiration and is missed. I went into remission, but never told him, so never got the hat. You take care, and keep in touch with all of us. Blessings and 18's to you Millie -- [CMLHope] A support group of http://cmlhope.com ------------------------------------------------- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CMLHope" group.
