I will check all out these web sites..I am taking 100,000 a week of vitamin D to get my numbers up...., 50,000 for three months didn't budge my number which is 20. I think it is helping overall as well.. I would recommend anyone getting the Vit D (25) test...to see if their levels are normal. Wish I could go to that conference on April 28th. Hope you have a wonderful time connecting with others...Please let me know when Chicago's connection is?
