I failed on both Gleevec, after 5 years and Tasigna after 3 months and was put on Sprycel. I became PCRU after only 3 months. I just had my 3 month check up and I tried to talk to my Onc about the PE. He said none of his patients developed it and PE was the last thing I needed to worry about. Needless to say, ever since I heard your problem, I am indeed worried about PE. I ask him what the symptoms were and he just said you will know it if you have it. This Onc is one of the top specialist at Moffitt Cancer Center. Go figure. I will still worry about it and hope it never comes. I have been on Sprycel since 2009.
