Hi Millie and all; all my counts are good; I get the test done regularly. My potassium goes high every now and then; it's an ongoing problem so I have to watch my potassium foods which are all foods hehe. I don't take many supplements but do watch my diet; eating yogurt, milk and cheese for calcium. So far so good! Happy eating everyone. I'm on 100 megs of Sprycel daily. Hi Patrick.....I have dentures, so the teeth aren't going to be a problem for me except that my dentures have discolored and I'm going to have to get new ones. I attribute this to medication, but don't know which. My doctors have me on Calcium and vitamin "D-3" I take 3000 units of the D-3 each day. One thousand of that is in the Calcium that I take. There have been times in the past year that they had me on 50,000 units of the D-3 as my D was depleted. I didn't know why, but probably from the Tasigna. My Onc. watches this, also my Family Doctor, so they are aware of it. No one has ever said it's from the Tasigna....Oh well. Just thought I'd send this on to you, and perhaps you can have your levels checked and see where you are.
