Hi Suzieq, Well your on the right track about that cherry juice, however you need to stay far away from that cherry wine, or anything that contains any alcohol. That is a no no for the gout.
You know if that cherry consentrate juice cost $18 then if it helps you with the pain it is worth every penny. Those dried cherries are also very good. So if it is the gout you are suffering from then you may find some relief. If not then the cherries are very high in anti oxidants and that is good for your system Humm, $18 dollars...
