Dear Theresa Ingut, Somebody once wrote that many states automatically disallow disability payments the first time as a matter of course. Hoping, I suppose, that this will limit the applications.
My advice is to call PSI immediately. There you will find compassionate people to help you with drug charges and help you with the disability application. They wrote me at one time to tell me that they now had lawyers to help patients fight for disability. They are quite wonderful to deal with and their services are free.
