Hi Greenie and CML Friends: I had upper and lower eyes done two years ago and it made a tremendous difference, not only in appearance but my vision as well. Both were covered I believe. If my memory (which is tanking like the Titanic) is correct, the plastic surgeon did not tell me he was doing the lowers so since I didn't know about it or agree to it, insurance picked it up. Thankfully, the results are great. I did have horrible bruising that took a good three to four weeks to completely disappear but no complications and hardly any pain. Good luck. You will feel like a new person.
