Fellow CML friends,  been reading some of you posts and  noticed about leg 
cramps.  I know this is going to sound a little funny but  place a bar of 
orange dial soap down by your legs at night.  It helps, I  told my cancer 
Doctor about it and she said your kidding me right, no it  works.  Give it a 
try 
it won't hurt and maybe it will work.

and he takes 1  tablespoon poured straight from the jug.  I need the cocktail 
because a  little sweetener to nuturalize the acididity.

So, are there other benefits to Apple Cider Vinegar? I don't  know for 
sure, but I think I will continue on, in my "experiment" at least  for the next 
4 months:
