Hi Richard, I hope and pray that one of the drugs will work for you. I have been on almost everything and am now on 1/2 dose of Tasigna, due to my new problem, liver disease. I think I keep standing in the wrong line and they just hand me what they have that day. I try to laugh about it, and most of the time it works, but I'm only human and I do have my down times too. I keep all of you on my prayer list, especially those of you that are having difficulties. We never know what tomorrow will bring, so try to take one day at a time and make yourself happy as none of us know what's ahead. I've was started on interferon, and that almost killed me. I never was that sick on anything, but I'm still here, 15 years later.
I know that the laser surgery will help my eye sight, and boy do I need to have that as everything I love to do is using my eyes. I'll be glad when it's over and I can see better. I should have had it done earlier, but I have been on Home Care off and on for a year, and they didn't think it was necessary to go to the eye doctor. I didn't think it was that bad either. You will be in my prayers and I do hope that whatever they put you on will work for you. I know that others have had problems, and overcome them, so I'm hoping you have the same results....all good. Let us know how you're doing, even if it isn't so good. That's what we're here for. I felt so alone in this CML until my son signed me up for this site and now you all feel like family.
