My swollen lymph node on the left side of my face turned out to be a root canal. Jope you have better results, My Dr. gave me antibotics and pain pills. Then he told me to wait 3 days and if it didn't get better to call my dentist. It didn't work and dentist took about 10 minutes to get the x-ray and start deaduing my face. Hope you have better luck.
