good list, and good reminder to cross check everything even OTC stuff.  
However, I think I picked up in another post a couple of days ago that 
Marcie is looking for something for reflux.  I don't know if the vinegar 
experiment you tried worked as an anti-acid for you, but lemon juice sure 
did the trick for me!  Not only did it boost my sprycel level, as you also 
found with vinegar, but lemon juice REALLY stopped the stomach acid problem 
I was having.  Now that I am on Tasigna, I still have somewhat of an acid 
problem but lemon juice, straight from the bottle before or after my meal 
does the trick....not sure why exactly, you would think that it would make 
it worse, but there is lots of anecdotal evidence online about this.  One 
word of caution for anyone trying this, if your TKI is working well and you 
don't need to boost the level of that I would avoid using the lemon juice 
with your TKI dose, as it can increase side effects if it boosts your 
absorption.
