When I was dealing with Jackson Memorial Hospital one of the costomer service agents was also named Sheila Watson. She was the main reason I left them and registered with The Cleveland Clinic. She was a very bad person because she kept on loosing all of my records even though I went there with my records in hand. I gave them to her and about two weeks later they called me to say they have taken me off of the active kidney transplant list. Not only that but she also didn't list me on the list until two years later. I transfered my time with them to The Cleveland Clinic but ended up loosing those two years. I made several complaints about her and as I found out later she did this to many other patients as well. They ended up transfering her, but it was too late for me as well as many others. I even went to our local newspaper and spoke with a reporter about what she was doing or to put it in another way, what she wasn't doing for the pateints. I guess that this reporter gave the hospital a call and also published my story because shortly after that this Sheila Watson was transfered. When I saw the name Sheila Watson I wondered why she is trying to contact me? But it was you... She was one of the most arragent people that was working there. Not only that, she was very disrespectfull to all of the patients, but seemed to not want to go out of her way to help anyone. Well, I fixed that! I would like to think that what if this happened to her, or a member of her family, would she have acted in the same way? Suzieq, you already know me and I never wish anyone bad, no matter what. I don't have to they will eventually do it to themselves. While I was a child growing up my mother had this famous saying...
