Hi Greenie, internet has been down for a few days; just got it back up. I hope you are better now. I am good; 76 this year and still up and running daily hehe. Not running just walking. I like to walk early in the morning while it's cool. I have white coat blood pressure and always have. My PCD wants me on pills but they give me chest pains, so I don't take them. My blood sugar has been going up gradually lately, so I need to cut back on sugar. I am allergic to artificial sweeteners so I use sugar but not much. I don't drink sodas but use a little in my coffee each morning. I do like ice cream, but just eat a small portion, so maybe my pancreas is acting up. Grace was giving me 1/2 cc testosterone shot every 14 days but I stopped that because my PSA was slowly starting to creep up. I am a mess but still driving the bus. It is my wife Shelly that is and has been keeping me going. She is the star of my life just as she helped me through my bone marrow transplant so does she help me through this.
