When I had PE several times I was on diuretics after they found it. Doctor had me take diuretics for a some time when on sprycel. It does reduce the fluid. It was just a prolonged problem and doctor did not like reducing or stopping the sprycel that often. So now I am off it, and on Bosulif now. Had great numbers on sprycel! Jeff Sent from my iPhone. He has an appointment with Dr Talpaz in Michigan the middle of October and it sounds like they are going to have him stay off Sprycel until at least then. It's kind of scary being off the medication that you know is saving your life. But Dr T is not concerned. Don't know where this is going next. All part of the journey.
