Dear Beth, You will see there will be a cure for CML soon. If you think about it when Gleevec first came out it was able to save many lives because of all the research these doctors were doing on it, mainly Dr. Brian Druker. The same will also come with a cure.
Just look at what happened to Polio. It was a dreaded disease that you don't hear about anymore because of a simple vaccine made by Dr. Salk. Same for many other diseases.
