I've been lurking on the list for quite some time, and thought I would seek some advice. I've been on Gleevec for almost 9 years and am doing fine with my numbers--tried a break, numbers started to rise, went back on, fell back to PCRU, and thinking about trying another break in the near future.
In the meantime, I've learned that I'm going to have the have an aortic valve replacement. Has anybody else on the list on a TKI had a valve replacement? If so, how did it go? Thanks.
