I hope they get to the bottom of the swelling for you...Lymphedema clinic might be a good idea...they can even teach you some home massage things to do to try and reduce the swelling..but finding the source first seems like the best idea..hang in there...I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers that the swelling abates soon! How about your salt intake? I also drink some seltzer water during the day and it seems to help me. No soda or anything that has any sugar or salt, even if it says that it is sugar free. I also have these diabetic socks that really help but you mentioned that your legs were very swollen so that probably won't work. Have you tried a lymphedemas clinic? One of my friends uses one and they usually wrap your legs in special pressure bandages and even though it may be an ongoing problem at least it works. You may also want to try some Ace bandages when you go to sleep but at first try not to make then to tight. I hope that some of these suggestions may free you into helping you along.
