Peg,

Guess what? You are my heroine today, oh yes you really are and here is the
reason, but before I tell you I just want to say that you may be having
some difficult times you will get through most of them because your mind
helps to control your body just try to give it some time.

Now you being my heroine today is because, number one, is that I use B12
three times a day, and it really helps me. And number two I just checked
out how many I have left, and it comes to 12, so since I only order these
from Puritan's Pride because I found that they are far superior then what I
can get in my local stores and even pharmacy's.

Here is the "low down" You can order on the phone 1-800-645-1030 or
www.puritan.com and in their search bar type in item #194.
The reason is that you will see that you can order 180 pills plus another
180 pills for the same price, Buy one get one free, at $9.59 plus shipping
of $4.95 Or you can buy 5 for $19.18 but the same shipping also applies.

So you have to know how to work the system and I will be happy to teach
everyone. If you order anything at or over $19.95 then the shipping is
free. So you might want to look around the site and see if you need
anything they will put over the total of $19.95. so if you decide to order
the 5 bottles for $19.18 then just look for something that is very
inexpensive that you can also use.

So that's about it if you should decide.
I hope this will help you out.

18's,

Marty

Peg,
