Marty: I hope your wife's turned out as well as mine. Fusions today are done
so quickly, absolutely no proper healing given. Yes, it was a pain in the butt
to lay in a body cast for so long, but I can truthfully say that I have not had
one problem with my back in all this time. I have with my neck since it's right
above the fusion & I only have 4 vertebrae where normally one has 7. And, my
chiropractor says my X-rays show that the disc right above the fusion is almost
gone leaving bone in bone. I have more problems with the lower back (L-4 & L-5)
than where the fusion is at. But, I manage it for now.

Yes, Marty, I knew you were #1, (smiling), because Sue listed you & told us all
that you did not do Facebook, (which I certainly understand). So, if there
are others here who were in Zavie's Zero Club that also don't do Facebook, but
would like to list their name & number, let me know & I will get it to Sue.

Ok, gotta get my day going. Thunderstorms are moving in for next three days
here, so my body is feeling it! :-). Talk at ya'l later.

Love to all
Keep looking up,

Suzieq
