Our food today is full of junk. You would have to grow everything yourself and use no fertilizer or pesticides. You can't even buy gum or toothpaste without artificial sweetener. I was a health nut before I got cancer. Go figure. I think moderation is the key and variety. Try to get organic if possible. Blessings.
