Yes that was empty. I don't know why it says chemo on bottle. The instructions that come with it don't say chemo or targeted therapy but these come straight from the company that makes them. It's called Biologicsponatunib. No I have no dogs but I do love them. My daughter has the most beautiful German shepherd. I'll send you a picture.
