Yes, I do belive in 18's. I would not use it just because I liked coping other people. There is no way I would be here today if I didn't . I gained God's grace on Friday November 13, 1991 from a heart attack that could have stopped me if I would have gotten to the hospital 30 minents later. Never been a doubt,
