Dear sweet Beth, Accepting you back? Good grief, this group seeks to do the opposite of alienate....you are such a great contributor! If any of us are too sick to post it is totally understandable! I am glad you are able to travel to Dr. Druker. He is amazing. You are, too!
My own issues seem to have magnified lately. The essential tremors are quite bad and can be embarrassing. My numbers for pcr went up a little last month. Pain in lower back has necessitated pain pills off and on which is upsetting if I look at it that way. Should be glad for some relief. Can't go out as often now due to problems w bowel. Just not worth it when certain things occur. I never have written all of this down before. Thank God I do pretty well staying in alot. My wonderful husband makes it so much better for me. Please don't take this as complaining. I am happy and thankful for all my blessings, which are many!!! Beth, I so admire you for the courageous way you fight your battles! It got postponed twice, but now it's here..so should know something in the next two weeks. They are doikng lots of blood work because I have just felt rather crappy. But hopefully things will pick up soon! Seeing Dr. Druker in a few weeks. Always makes me feel better. Sadly, my ritual whenever I go there, is to go and look out at the Gorge, and the area that has burned in the last week. Between Houston and Florida, aoll the Islands affected...it's been such a terrible time for natural disasters.. so I am counting my blessings.. Thank you all for accepting me back even when I had too much going on to be writing earlier in the year. It feels good to reconnect. We all do our best...so often I wish I could do more...Chemo takes away half the energy I used to have...I am still trying to figure out pacing. I imagine others feel similarly. !8's.
