When a list becomes too busy with too much traffic, we lose a lot of people. We had about 10 people leave since yesterday, a pretty high rate for a single day. While I don't want to try and limit discussion, I do want to remind everyone to only reply if they are contributing to the discussion and have read the entire thread first. The quality of your posts matters greatly, and you will be judged by the people who are reading your words. So, feel free to keep these discussions going as they are very beenficial, but please keep in mind that when you reply there are 2500+ people reading your words. Remember that not everyone on the list has a lot of time to read and answer numerous emails to mailing lists. Understanding this and respecting it by keeping your posts a high quality you will be doing the list community a big favor. When a thread is ready to die, please allow it to do so. :-) If a thread gets out of hand and Phil or I have not caught and killed it (we are busy too) please feel free to email us ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and we will jump in and help. Thanks, Cameron Barrett and Phil Suh, List-Moms -- http://cms-list.org/ trim your replies for good karma.
