There are a few products around which can do this. Be warned though: you can't get structured output from unstructured input, without a huge amount of work.
Word is a particularly bad source of conversion, as its default mode of operation almost forces authors to be inconsistent. I've done a lot of work in this area (converted all of a State's legislation to XML), and I have yet to see a conversion system that actually works effectively...
