The company I work for uses a product called Infodirect for communication with clients. It allow clients to post messages to forums and enter change requests, among other functions. I am new to CMS and looking for a CMS application. A quick look at Infodirect indicates some potential for such an application. Is there anyone using Infodirect for CMS?
