I agree that this is a really nice concept. The implementation is also fairly sweet. Nothing to do with the CMS as it is all done client side. They simply store a cookie with lots of chips in it, and then use JavaScript to output the in-line styles on the tables.
I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of it on other sides as it is so easy to do. Still a far cry from the Amazon "The Page I Made" kind of personalisation level, though.
